Here are the countries the reigning queens have visited until September 15, 2022. Their travel aims to unite individuals through their mission to empower people, raise awareness about important topics, have a conversation with the head of state, and create significant changes in this world. This list will continue to be updated, in the future until they crown their successors. We will also mention the fantastic charity work they have done during their stay in different countries to make a positive change in people’s lives.
We will begin with Miss Supranational 2022 winner Lalela Mswane from South Africa. She was crowned as the eventual winner on 15 July 2022 in Poland. After her crowning ceremony, she made her journey back to her home country of South Africa, where she received a warm homecoming from South African people to celebrate her victory as the first black woman to win the crown of Miss Supranational. In South Africa, she attended Miss South Africa 2022 final event, where she crowned her successor Ndavi Nokeri, who will represent South Africa at Miss Universe 2023 and Miss Supranational 2023. Overall, Miss Supranational has only traveled to two countries until this date, the host country of the international pageant and her home country. We hope to see Lalela travel to more countries to spread her message through her advocacy about creating job opportunities for people from a low-income backgrounds.

Destiny Wagner of Belize was announced the winner of Miss Earth 2021 virtually through the zoom application with no in-person attendance. She was in California, United States of America during the final competition as the pageant was held through a virtual format for the second consecutive year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. She traveled to her country, Belize where she had a modest homecoming. She returned to the United States for the crowning of the Miss Earth United States 2022 national pageant. To honor her accomplishment, Belize Tourism Board designated Destiny as the Sustainable Tourism Ambassador to support collaboration for the sustainable development of Belize’s protected areas. Miss Earth winner promotes different environmental projects to look after mother nature and decrease global warming. She supported gender equality through the campaign named “Break the Bias” theme during International Women’s Day to recognize the outstanding achievements of strong and independent women from around the world. The total number of countries she traveled to is six countries.

Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu hailing from majestic India, Harnaaz became the third Indian woman to be crowned as Miss Universe winner after the wonderful Sushmita Sen Miss Universe 1994 and the incredible speaker Lara Dutta Miss Universe 2000, she is also a mentor of Miss Universe India pageant. This beautiful, mesmerizing and intelligent lady became a global sensation through her extraordinary answer regarding “how to deal with the pressures for young women today” during the final night at Eliot, Israel. After her win, she flew straight to the head quarter office of the Miss Universe organization in New York, the United States where she has been attending numerous fundamental events. Harnaaz received grand homecoming after she returned to India, she received treatment like a queen wearing a yellow evening gown and numerous Indian outfits. After coming back from India, she attended multiple charity events from Smile Train to meet medical specialists who supply free cleft surgery and comprehensive cleft care to children. She also made appearances in national pageants in the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, and India.

Miss International 2019-21 Bint Sireethorn Leearamwat of Thailand won the first-ever title for her country during a victorious event on 12 November 2019, in Tokyo Dome City Hall, Japan. Since her win, she has acted in a Thai television drama called “Love and Fortune” as the lead character. She endorsed many Japanese brands during her stay in Japan and attended the spectacular Puteri Indonesia national pageants twice in 2020 and 2021 where she received much love and admiration from the native Indonesian people. The friendly and charming Bint has been to 7 countries during her reign, her travel list will be updated before she crowns her successor after three long years.

Miss Grand International 2022 Nguyễn Thúc Thùy Tiên from Vietnam. After her crowning, she donated her prize money to Father Ray Foundation through a scholarship program for children with Special needs in Chonburi, Thailand. During her grand homecoming, thousands of people attended to welcome her in Vietnam to celebrate her monumental victory. She gave scholarships to 11 orphan children for better education. She traveled 10 hours to help build a playground for children and donated necessities for villagers in Ho Nhi Village. Through her friendly personality, humanitarian work, and contribution to the Vietnamese people; she was awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister of Vietnam Phạm Minh Chính for Typical Young Face 2021 (Vietnamese: Gương mặt trẻ tiêu biểu 2021). She has traveled to 12 countries so far during her reign earning international recognition from fans. Tien has been consistently busy traveling the world, to promote her project about Stop the War and Violence. One of the most memorable parts of her trip was in Huambo, Angola where she built two clean water wells for the villages and had an emotional time with many children who lack basic human needs.
Chiềng Bôm Primary School and Chang Kindergarten in Sơn La to deliver essentials, food and school supplies to the children.
Nguyễn Thúc Thùy Tiên Miss Grand International build playgrounds for the Children in remote village at Bao Lam District, Cao Bang City and also bring other necessities to the people there.

Miss World 2021 Karolina Bielawska of Poland was crowned as the 70th Anniversary winner of Miss World in Puerto Rico on March 16, 2022, due to the Covid outbreak. After being postponed from the original date of December 16, 2021. She has been involved in various humanitarian projects such as volunteering for “Soup na Pietrynie”, the initiator of the Polish National Charity Action “Korona z Głowy” to help the people who were most effective due to the pandemic. Social ambassador for”Dotykam = Wygrywam” to fight against breast cancer and she has been part of the Dom Foundation in Łódź. She helps Polonia4Neighbors as part of her Beauty with a Purpose project, to construct the first bathhouse in her hometown for homeless people. Karolina has a busy schedule visiting different countries to experience and learn about different cultures. Miss World winner has a tradition of going to the most remote parts of the world to meet people and help underprivileged people. She has attended fundraising events in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia and observed national beauty pageants. Karolina has overall traveled to 13 countries since her victory in Puerto Rico.
Miss World distributing humanitarian funds to some great causes such as Childhood Cancer Awareness, Sabah Thalassemia Society and Sabah Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Kota Kinabalu Sabah, Malaysia.
