The 15th edition of Mister Brazil 2023 was held on 8 April 2023 at Tramandai, Brazil. This pageant will select the Brazilian representatives for Mister World, Mister International, Manhunt International, Mister Supranational, and Mister Global beauty pageants. Mister Brazil CNB 2022 Guilherme Werner Wamzer of Mafra, Santa Catarina crowned Henrique Martins from São Paulo as his successor at the end of the event. Henrique Martins will represent Brazil at the Mister Supranational 2023 pageant in Poland. Vilmar Bertolino of Goias was elected as the 1st Runner Up and he will represent Brazil at Mister Global 2023 in Thailand, Ruan Mendes of Guanabara was awarded Manhunt International Brazil 2023, Edward Taiye Ogunniya of Amazonas will compete at Mister International 2023 in Thailand, and Luiz Gustavo M. Peres of Centro Oeste Paulista will join Manhunt International 2023 as the representative of Fernando de Noronha. The event is Brazil's first large national beauty contest to include evidence of talent, sports, and fashion in its official activities, in addition to encouraging the practice of philanthropic actions following its motto, Beauty with a Purpose. Mister World Brazil 2023 Naraiel Ferrari from Rondônia will represent Brazil at the upcoming Mister World 2023, the venue and date for the final night have not been announced yet.
World Championships finalist Henrique Martins will be one of 10 swimmers to represent Brazil at this summer's World University Games in Taipei, Taiwan.

Henrique de Souza Martins was born on 14 November 1994 (31 years old) in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. Standing at a height of 180cm (5 feet 11 inches) tall. He is a professional swimmer who represented Brazil at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and finished 6th place in the Men's 4 × 100-meter medley relay, and 21st in the Men's 100-meter butterfly. Henrique won many gold medals during the 2014 World Championships (SC) in Doha, Qatar, and a silver medal in the 4x100-meter freestyle relay at the 2011 Summer Universiade in Shenzhen, China. His swimming background has taught him the importance of determination, endurance, and good sportsmanship. Henrique gave a spectacular performance in the national final event, earning the judges' hearts and winning the main title of Mister Brasil 2023. He will represent Brazil at the 7th edition of Mister Supranational 2023 on 15 July 2023 in Poland. Mister São Paulo Henrique Martins and Miser Goias Vilmar Bertolino also won the Beleza Pelo Bem award, given to the best social projects about relevant and important topics to help their community.
