Manipur, India - Femina Miss India 2023 was the 59th edition of the Femina Miss India beauty pageant. After a two-year hiatus, the entire process of the competition from audition to the final was held on-ground. On the finals held on 15 April 2023 at Imphal, Manipur, each contestant from 29 states (including Delhi) and a collective representative for all Union Territories adding up to 30 participants competed for the title. At the end of the event, Miss India World 2022 Sini Shetty of Karnataka crowned Nandini Gupta of Rajasthan as Miss India World 2023 winner. Nandini Gupta will represent India at Miss World 2024 beauty pageant. Rubal Shekhawat of Rajasthan crowned Shreya Poonja of Delhi as the 1st Runner-Up, and Shinata Chauhan of Uttar Pradesh crowned Strela Thounaojam Luwang of Manipur as the 2nd Runner-up respectively.

Hailing from Kota, Rajasthan, Nandini Gupta as a child, excelled in organizing and hosting various extracurricular activities and events. This experience inspired her to pursue a degree in Business Management. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management at the university. The 19-year-old believes that rejections play a crucial role in defining who one is as an individual. So she is determined to face all the challenges, failures, and rejections that may come her way as she embarks on the journey of a lifetime. She recognizes that challenges will inevitably arise but is prepared to confront them head-on by embracing failures and setbacks as learning opportunities. Nandini is committed to overcoming obstacles and emerging victorious. As a child, Nandini excelled in organizing and hosting various extracurricular activities and events. This experience inspired her to pursue a degree in Business Management. She is a fighter and recognizes that challenges will inevitably arise but is prepared to confront them head-on by embracing failures and setbacks as learning opportunities. Her favorite quote is "Life is about trusting your feelings, taking chances, finding happiness, learning from the past, and realizing everything changes." She will be the Indian representative for the Miss World 2024 beauty pageant.
