Miss Nepal 2023 Official Candidates

Hidden Treasures Dabur Vatika Shampoo Miss Nepal 2023 will be the 27th edition of the Miss Nepal beauty pageant. The grand coronation event will be held on 27 May 2023 at the Godavari Sunrise Convention Center, in Godawari, Lalitpur. Miss Nepal World 2022 Priyanka Rani Joshi, Miss Nepal Earth 2022 Dr. Sareesha Shrestha, and Miss Nepal International 2022 Nancy Khadka will crown their successors by the end of the event. The final event will be live telecast exclusively on Kantipur Television HD, Kantipur Cineplex HD, and Official YouTube Channel. The judges' panel for the Kathmandu Audition at Miss Nepal 2023 were Miss Nepal International 2019 Meera Kakshapati, Ms. Bipana Thapa, Miss Nepal World 2016 Asmi Shrestha, Official Choreographer Rachana Gurung, Miss Nepal Earth 2011 Sahana Bajracharya, and Director Gopal Sundar Kakshapati. Here are the Top 25 candidates for Miss Nepal 2023 beauty pageant where three ladies will be selected to be Nepali representatives for Miss World 2024, Miss Earth 2023 in Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam, and Miss International 2023 in Tokyo, Japan. Here are the Top 24 official candidates of Miss Nepal 2023 beauty pageant.

1 Raina Majgaiya 26 5'5" Dang

She finished her Aviation science studies at the reputed and prestigious +2 college of United Academy in Kathmandu, Nepal. Raina works as a commercial pilot for the national carrier of Yeti Airlines. She enjoys adventure, traveling locally and internationally, and playing outdoor sports. Raina is an advocate for women in the aircraft industry especially for female pilots which is an uncommon occupation for women in Nepal.

2 Samarika Karki 22 5'4" Sarlahi

She had previously participated at Miss Universe Nepal 2021 pageant where she placed in the Top 18 semi-finalist. Samarika did her education in the Czech Republic located in Eastern Europe.

3 Pragya Bajracharya - Kathmandu

A graduate and Former President of the Prime Entrepreneurial Management Club at Prime College. She works as a Freelance Designer at Upwork.

4 Kabina Shrestha - Nuwakot

Kabina has graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion. At the moment, she works as a fashion stylist who expresses herself with creativity and visual display.

5 Aayusha Maharjan - 5'5" Kathmandu

She studied at DAV College of Management at Jawlakhel. Aayusha was placed as a finalist at Image Mega Model Season 4.

6 Kriti Bartaula - Hetuada

She has a Bachelor of Dental Surgery - BDS degree from Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu, Nepal.

7 Sudha Devkota - 23 5'6" Chitwan

Sudha studied at Saptagandaki Multiple Campus and is currently a third-year Bachelor's student. She works as a digital content creator. She enjoys runway modeling and photoshoot.

8 Prasiddy Shah - 25 5'4" Lalitpur

She is the daughter of Ruby Rana Shah who is the first ever Miss Nepal 1994 winner. Prasiddy's future plan is to expand her mother's boutique business to promote local Nepali textiles to the international market.

9 Srishti Hada - Kathmandu

She had studied at the Institute of Engineering [IOE], Nepal. A former lecturer at IEC College of Art And Fashion. In 2022, she competed at Miss Universe Nepal, where she finished in the Top 20 semi-finalists.

10 Sadikchya Thapa - Lalitpur

She studies Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Alka Institute Of Medical Sciences. Currently working as Staff Registered Nurse at Nepal Mediciti.

11 Barsha Gautam -  23 5'5" Bhaktapur

She is a fourth-year BSC Environmental Science student.

12 Unnati Gurung - Pokhara

She studied from Motherland higher secondary school, Pokhara. She is pursuing Masters in Global Leadership and Management in Tribhuvan University. She had previously worked with Miss Pokhara 2017 regional beauty pageant.

13 Aayushma Baral - Janakpur

She is studying Civil Engineering and works for Narabahadur Karmacharya Polytechnic College, Itahari Sunsari.

14 Rajani Mishra - 26 5'3" Nuwakot

She is a student of Business Study Student. Rajani competed at Miss Universe Nepal 2020 but did not place and she returned two years later to Miss Universe Nepal 2022 where she placed in the Top 20 semi-finalists. In late 2022, Rajani finished 1st runner-up to Bipana Adhikari at Miss Intercontinental Nepal 2022 beauty pageant. A pageant veteran who has been watching beauty pageants like Miss World from a young age, her dream is to represent Nepal on the international platform.

15 Holiska Koirala - Lalitpur

16 Swinja Sunam - Kathmandu

She studied at IMS College and she won Miss Personality at Miss SLC Icon. Swinja is currently working as a Television presenter.

17 Srichchha Pradhan - Kathmandu

She works as Travel Writer at HoneyGuide and Volunteers at Project Humane Nepal. Srichchha studied at Bennington College

18 Grishma Adhikari - Dhading

She did her education from Studied at St. Mary's Secondary School, Jawalakhel, and Works at the Rotaract Club of KIST Medical College.

19 Apeksha Khatiwada - 23 5'4.5" Bhaktapur

Apeksha studied Management at Kathmandu Model College- KMC +2. She is BBA student and works as Associate Secretary at Bhaktapur Toastmasters Club.

20 Kritika Basnet - Kathmandu

She did her education at NCCS (National College of Computer Studies from Paknajol, Kathmandu. Kritika is a road accident survivor who wants to inspire people to fulfill their dreams without hesitation.

21 Aishworya Shrestha - 25 5'6" Kathmandu

She is a doctor by profession who is dedicated to helping and providing healthcare for the underprivileged people. Aishworya was the national winner of Miss Grand Nepal 2022 and represented Nepal at the 10th Anniversary edition of Miss Grand International 2022 which was held in Jakarta, Indonesia but she failed to make the semi-finalist and ended up being unplaced.

22 Tshering Dolma Pakhrin - Lalitpur

She did her education at Oxbridge International Secondary School. Tshering enjoys modeling.

23 Suhani Khadka Chhetri - Bhadrapur

She works as a fashion model in Bhadrapur, Jhapa, Easter Nepal.

24 Pritika Khadka - Kathmandu

She is a student at Tribhuwan University (T.U) Kathmandu, Nepal.
